Looking forward to taking action! Due to a fall and degenerative arthritis my right knee is none on bone and I have a valgus deformity! Tired of pain and limited mobility! Love to have fellow knee folks to share stories with - good luck to all!

Hope you are doing well. I had my right knee done July 15... I'm having my left done on Oct. 14th.
I'm coming along, although still in pain. You will see, there is such a large range in how people heal--- it's amazing. I hope you have an easy time. I had a hard time with the pain meds, but now I seemed to have found a dose that is right for me. I cannot take too much of it.
I'm just finishing 10 physical therapy sessions. I have to save the other 10 for my left knee.
This place is great. it's good to hear other people's experiences. You really can't prepare yourself for this experience, it's not easy.
Hopefully soon we will both look back and be glad we did it!
