I’m 77 and two months past left tkr. Pain is fine through the day, managed with Tylenol and naproxen. Good range of motion and fine for 20 minute walks. Nighttime is a different story. Pain and restless leg syndrome in the operated leg make sleeping difficult. Do others have problems sleeping?

I take magnesium supplements for restless leg and CBD gummies to help with sleep. I also listen to sleep stories on the calm app. Hope you find your magic combination!

I struggled with restless leg syndrome for 15 years prior to surgery and this was a concern for me as well. I see a neurologist that prescribes me medication to help with that, but sleep is very much still a struggle. I’m only 2 weeks out.
